Dishcloths.... popular?????

Mess and dishes...... regular occurrences in my house! this is not just from the kids....husbands are good at this too!

Cleaning is one of the worst things ever. It has to be done yet you know you will have to do it again and again and again.......... and again!! Now I know I am living in the twenty first century however I do not have a dishwasher- I know- SHOCKING!! But true!! So I have made some dishcloths to help make cleaning at least a little more colourful and possibly more fun..... 

Crochet dishcloths so popular who knew!!!!!!!! I mentioned to someone I started to crochet and the first thing they said was.."oh you have to make some dishcloths!!" So I did!! I love to try new stitches and new patterns. They are fantastic! Made of cotton, reusable, machine washable, fabulous! Here are a few I have created...........

The fresh start continues.......

My blog is about life, children and creating, a bit of mum guilt and juggling a million things thrown in for fun.....

Work...kids....washing....eat... sleep... repeat

Sometimes i get caught up in the day to day operations of life and I don't appreciate what is happening around me. So this year I am making conscious changes- I am trying hard to take time to appreciate my kids and take time for me things i enjoy. It is easy to loose yourself when you are running around working and looking after others. This blog is part of this change......

My last post gave a glimpse of some sewing projects I have created, this one i wanted to have a look at some crochet creations....

Fresh Start........

I would love to say that I created this blog to ponder the universe, share deep and meaningful thoughts, change the world but no not that philosophical... I started this blog as an outlet for my creativity and a type of therapy i guess... lets see if i can do more posts than one every few years.....

I aim to share my creations mostly sewing and crochet projects. I also want to share my ups and downs of parenting, marriage and life. Hopefully along the way i make some people laugh and inspire others to create.

These are my latest sewing creations- i have dabbled in bag making and even attempted clothing.....
